how much space do you need for a little photography studio?

the old kind of photography studios,not digital
actually for a darkroom. any more details are perfect

I’d say about the size of a large walk in closet. Something you might find in a master bedroom. You need room for a safe light, enlarger, running water, tables for your photo trays, chemicals, and a drying rack. Plus, you need to light proof the room, which is pretty difficult. But yeah, about the size of a large closet should be good.
