   As a photographer or just "involving" photography.

   As a photographer then there is one career that is photographer, within that there are many different genres.

   Most interesting for me would be as a photographer
   Travel
   Wildlife
   Sports

   Just involving photography could be loads of things from picture editor, printer, buyer, library cataloging, retoucher, etc etc etc

   There are tons of careers involving photography. Some of the more interesting ones:

   fashion photographer
   location scout – these photographers go scout out places for filmmakers
   photojournalist / news photographer
   fine artist

   more careers:
   Wedding/event photographer
   Portrait photographer- for like school portraits, comissioned portraits, etc…
   restaurant photographer – take pictures of food used in menus and other situations
   pet photographer
   Field Technician – visits real estate property and takes high quality professional photographs and creates digital floor plans using a portable computer device and laser measurement tool.
   product photographer / advertising
   scientific photographer – use their knowledge of scientific procedures to illustrate or record scientific or medical data
   sports photographer
   photography teacher
   paparazzi
   photo retoucher

   There are much more. Even though photography is a very competitive field and hard to "break into", there are many very specific opportunities… even places like the Navy and the White House have their own professional photographers.
