What are some different careers in the photography industry?

I know there are several ‘types’ of photography but what are the different fields ofthe business? (ex: wedding photographer, photojournalist….)

theres the event recorders – - – weddings, sports, journalism, events
theres image makers: advertising, product, et cetera
theres lots more the others can give you

free lance photography means you can work for yourself and don’t need to specialize, all you need to be is a good photographer with the ability to print Quality photos. you could put an advert up in a paper at you local shop bulletin board and charge a low amount for each job because free lance photographers don’t get paid as much but people like to use them because they don’t get paid enough etc. ask about and people will ask you to take photos for them at weddings, birthdays, new Born’s etc.
